Tropical Ball of Cheese
Note: This recipe is especially for kids who must avoid gluten, a type of protein found in many foods.
Prep time: 30 minutes
What you need:
- 8-ounce package of light cream cheese, softened
- 4-ounce container of light tropical fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
What to do:
- Cut tropical fruit into smaller pieces.
- Combine softened cream cheese, fruit, and 1/2 cup walnuts.
- Chill well in refrigerator.
- Mold into a ball and roll cheese in remaining 1/2 cup of nuts.
